 UniLink Return Policy


Return Requests
Please contact your sales representative to request a return and determine product eligibility. Some products may not be eligible for return. Eligible products must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be returned and received by UniLink within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be packaged securely and returned in an undamaged condition. All included parts, accessories, cables, and power supplies must be returned as well. Some manufacturers will require products to be unopened, please contact your sales representative for more information.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs to return all products.
  • If return shipping labels are requested, any associated costs will be deducted from the total credit issued.
  • Customers bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you obtain insurance on the product you are returning should it be damaged during shipping.

Please do not return anything to UniLink until a Return Authorization Number and return instructions have been provided to you by your sales representative. Once your return is received into our facility, a credit to your account will be provided if the return is in accordance with the criteria outlined in this policy and the instructions provided to you. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply. Your sales representative will communicate any applicable fees prior to arranging your return.


Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Orders
The policy above does not apply to any returns due to incorrect, damaged or defective orders. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective order, please contact your sales representative immediately so they can arrange a replacement for you.
